ASSURE Instructional Model
The ASSURE model strengths consist of a well defined lesson that progress through several stages that involves arousing the student’s interest, new material, allowing students to provide feedback, access the student’s understanding of the lesson and following up with the students. It promotes technology. The only foreseeable ASSURE weakness is that it is time consuming to create for several lessons.
